Ingrid León & Bob James Revive Motown Magic with Upcoming LP Dúo and Debut Single Para Siempre

Ingrid León & Bob James have been busy in the studio composing and recording songs for their 2025 LP release “Dúo”.

“Para Siempre” since its release on all major streaming platforms on November 14, 2024 has been scheduled to be featured and in rotation on radio stations in 25 countries on 5 continents. The song is a dedication to the great female R&B & Soul vocalists in the Motown / Atlantic Records era of the late 60’s /early 70’s. Great effort was made to use as much of the same analog recording equipment used at Hitsville Studio In the 60’s along with the Hitsville recording chambers achieved through DSP modeling.

Ingrid displays her warm “iron fist in a velvet glove” vocal style delivering both power and an elegant smooth timbre. Bob interweaves a myriad of keyboards including Steinway grand Rhodes electric pianos along with a Hammond B3 organ and a series of synthesizers. ABOUT INGRID LEÓN & BOB JAMES

Having the fortunate opportunities to collectively play and tour with members of The Talking Heads, Miles Davis Electric Band, Herbie Hancock and others, Ingrid León & Bob James came together to compose, record and perform their own music in 2024 for the first time. Both musicians write all of their original music together. Bob plays all instruments (except when “special guest artists” join them on certain singles) and Ingrid sings the majority of the vocals. Ingrid & Bob will continue to compose, rehearse and record 60-70 songs before their tour in 2025 for North America, South America and Europe.
